xia2 source layout

This slightly broke things. But were fixed by removing .pycs. MG added comment to ticket to make the error message and fix discoverable. RG picked up DIALS documentation breakage, MG working on xia2 documentation breakage.

dials.wurst is a half-baked idea to allow non-cuboid shoeboxes to put banana-shaped spots in.
