Reads an HDF5 dataset and returns its data and shape.

Template Parameters:

T – Type of data to read (e.g., double, int).

Parameters:

filename – Path to the HDF5 file.
dataset_name – Full path to the dataset.

Returns:

H5ArrayData<T> containing flat data and shape vector.
